This gorgeous pine medicine cabinet began life in Cotham street, Strangeways Manchester in the mid 1800s , It is documented that Cotham street was demolished in 1868 to make way for part of Strangeways Prison. It is a Solid piece , Panel doors that are half the depth of the overall cabinet leaving ample storage space for condiments or bottles glasses if to be used as drinks cabinet e.t.c the back of cabinet is also panelled enabling it to be free standing, beautiful patina and great talking piece, would look fab anywhere in the home or as a display piece in a pub, shop e.t.c.
